Indonesia offers again Caesar cannon of Nexter

Djakarta bought 18 new Caesar systems from Nexter for a contract valued at around 60 million euros.

The Caesar system is a 155 millimeter cannon mounted on a 6X6 truck chassis, which was developed and built on own funds by Giat Industries (now Nexter) in the late 1990s. It has so far met with some export success with The sale of 193 systems in Saudi Arabia (132 copies), Indonesia (55) and Thailand (6).
